I graduated from Barber School in 1990 and started my career path in Charlotte, NC in the Park Road Shopping Center at a commission barbershop (Modern Haircutters). I have mostly worked in the Myers Park area from the start of my journey in various areas of Park Road, Montford Dr, and Selwyn Ave (Selwyn Barbers). In the past, I have worked in both commission and booth rental salons, and I decided to leave the traditional commission barbershop environment in January 2021 and branch out into independent suite leasing.

I started my career in 1990 as a student at The Hairstyling Institute of Charlotte and worked at my first barbershop in Park Road Shopping Center. I knew at the young age of 10 that I wanted to be a hairstylist and to this day I still love cutting hair! I use a combination of scissors and clippers on most male cuts but not every client haircut requires those tools. I work well with children(all ages) and I am open 7 days a week.
